I make 6 figures a year and have for the past 4 years. And I only work 20(ish) hours a week. But, it wasn't always like that.

I started my business in 2018. I started out with a small goal of making enough to pay off our mortgage (which we did in 2020). I hustled, and worked my butt off with small kiddos in tow and grew my 6 figure business quickly.

But soon I was in a situation where I was making 6 figures, BUT I was working non-stop. And with a 4th baby on the way I KNEW that something had to give. But, giving up revenue, wasn’t an option.

So, I took a step back, looked at how I could restructure without sacrificing revenue and I went to work simplifying and creating a scalable business that didn’t depend on how many hours I was willing to work.

It took intentionality, strategy and consistency (and still does) but that 6 figure revenue on part-time hours is now my reality…

GROW is a hybrid program, which means there are multiple elements of support. When you join, you get instant access to the GROW curriculum which is a self study course. You can move through it at your own pace (but it’s recommended that you tackle 1 to 2 modules per month).
