You’re a service provider who wants to scale, but you don’t want a large team or an agency model AND you also don’t want to coach…

You absolutely can do that, and I’m here to give you more options.

Two entirely different services, two different target markets, two entirely different forms of marketing/messaging required. CAN NOT BE MERGED. They would have to be operated separately.

You need to be able to talk to the same target market and keep your messaging streamlined.

With a hybrid model, your options for scaling are plentiful WITHOUT adding more 1:1 clients.

It ONLY works because you have a specialty and you’re building authority around one main target audience.

I show up for my business when I don’t feel like it about 50% of the time.

Yep, you read that right. After years of running a successful business, I STILL don’t wake up motivated every day. And guess what? That’s completely normal.

External factors affect our business far more than we like to admit.

Whether it’s family challenges, mental health struggles, physical health issues, or relationship difficulties, these external factors can drain your creative energy and enthusiasm.

This is why Discipline > Motivation…always.

Because motivation can absolutely change based on circumstances, and relying on it is a poor way to run a business.

When you’re in a fog and everything feels heavy, here’s my #1 tip: Create strict schedules for yourself (seriously, time block EVERYTHING).

Make detailed task lists - don’t leave any room for decision fatigue.

Focus on money-making activities ONLY and scale back on “nice to have” tasks. Find your minimum effective dose.

What does this look like in practice? Spend 15 minutes on lead gen daily. Create one piece of content. Handle essential client work. Complete basic admin tasks.

That’s IT.

You can simultaneously acknowledge this is a hard season AND keep showing up anyway.

Give yourself grace while maintaining momentum. The key isn’t feeling good about the work - it’s creating systems that work even when you don’t feel like working.

Your business needs consistency more than it needs your enthusiasm.
