5 affirmations that will make you money

Affirmations can be a powerful tool for shaping our mindset and achieving our goals. In fact, many successful entrepreneurs use affirmations to help them stay grounded and focused on their objectives. In this blog post, I’ll be sharing five affirmations that can help you make more money in your business. In fact, these are the exact affirmations that I have used to help me stay grounded and propel me during each new promotional period.

 “My clients have more, not less, when they pay me.”

It’s easy to get caught up in the belief that clients are losing something when they pay you money. However, this negative mindset can actually hinder your ability to make sales. To shift your perspective, try repeating the affirmation “My clients have more, not less, when they pay me.”

Believing that your clients are gaining more than they’re losing can help you stay confident and energized while selling. Remember that when someone pays for your product or service, they’re investing in themselves and their goals. Your offer provides value and transformation, and your clients will benefit from what you have to offer.

“I will not focus on what I cannot control.”

In business, there are many factors that are outside of your control. For example, you can’t control how many people view your social media posts or whether someone decides to buy from you. However, you can control how you respond to these factors.

Instead of obsessing over things you can’t control, try repeating the affirmation “I will not focus on what I cannot control.” This can help you redirect your energy towards the things you can control, such as creating valuable content and communicating with your audience. Specifically, I want you to get on video and on your IG stories and talk about your offers! Think about what your ideal client needs to hear today and push THAT out into the world.

By focusing on what you can control, you’ll be more likely to stay in a positive and productive mindset during promotional periods and launches.

“My ideal client can’t wait to work with me.”

Why do we assume that no one wants to work with us? It’s easy to get in our heads about what we have to offer and to create stories around what other people are thinking and feeling. I want you to assume the BEST. I want you to assume that your ideal client can’t wait to work with you.  Because when you assume that they can’t wait to work with you, you will show up accordingly. When we show up with that energy in our marketing, we attract the right people. 

“I am not responsible for other people’s feelings or blocks.”

You are not responsible for how other people receive your content. You are not responsible for how they feel about the way you sell your offers. 

I am not responsible for anyone else other than myself. That doesn’t give me a pass to be unethical or harmful, of course. But that’s not what I’m talking about here.  But when we are showing up and talking about and selling our offers, we can again invent stories about how that content is being received. Remember, if someone does not want to buy from you, they will simply move on, or they will unfollow you.

“It’s all adding up. Keep going.” 

This is for the business owner that feels like nothing is happening. Things are slow. You feel like you’re doing everything you can be doing, and you feel like nothing’s moving. 

Maybe you’re coming off of a disappointing challenge or launch, or maybe you’re just not seeing the conversions you were hoping for on a new offer. There is something called MOMENTUM, and it’s working in your favor! 

Building a business can feel like a lot of work in the beginning, BUT if you keep going, it will all add up and things will get easier. 

Especially if you are in a season of pivoting – maybe you’re switching things up, you’re trying new things and it’s requiring you to really put forth a lot of effort. It might feel like things are much harder than you want them to be. 

Keep going. It is all adding up.
